This tasteful little furnished and equipped terraced house has undergone a major transformation. It is an old stone ‘corridor’ style house, of which Jimena has many, made super cool.
You walk into the living room with modern furniture and flat screen TV. This leads on to the dining area which in turn leads into the galley kitchen equipped with chef style equipment (5 burner hob and gas over). This leads out into a courtyard and another covered are with bathroom and washing machine. From here you can go outside and walk up to the castle or walk up the narrow steps to the first terrace. From here there are more steps going up to a larger roof terrace with views of the town and the mountains.
Back in the main house, the stairs at the side of the dining area lead up to the master bedroom with queen sized bed. There is also a second bedroom ‘space’ with a single bed for guests as well as another bathroom.
For heating in the winter there is currently a gas heater but the owner will be installing a wood burning stove which will heat both downstairs and upstairs.
The house is available for long term rental from Mid to late July. It is for sale – so if sold there will be a 3 month opt out clause.
Pets are acceptable within reason.
Electric and water is not included but is very cheap as water and cooking both use gas. A new wood burning stove is just being installed
The price is 350 euros/month with a 350 euro security deposit.
