Property Maintenance & Management

Property Maintenance (both post damage and preventative maintenance):

– patch plastering / fixing walls – floors after water and mold damage – painting both patch and larger scale

– re- tiling – grouting for damaged tile replacement or new tile installation both floor and wall 

– small wall damages fixes of cracks – loose and missing bricks both interior and exterior fixes requiring mortar – plaster replacement 

– fixing / replacement of hardware mechanisms / doors and window locks to ensure smooth functioning

– resealing / caulking of windows / bath and shower 

– small plumbing fixes like installing new shower assemblies / replacement of non-functioning and broken parts

– basic light bulb changing and some simple light installations 

– contacting and organizing certified electricians and plumbers if require

Renovation services – preparing floors / walls for tiling / dismantling of old plumbing / debris removal / installation of new tiling / plastering / painting / 

Cleaning – regular cleans / deep cleans / end of tenancy cleans / holiday let cleans / builder – reform clean

Gardening – basic garden services / replanting and general sprucing up a property / apartment deck – patio 

Flat-pack service – assembly of Ikea like furniture at a rate below what IKEA charges but not the delivery though.

Group Activities: 

Some of the above items can be performed as part of a team whether painting / cleaning / larger scale gardening and renovation activities

Property Management:

Helping to be the ears and eyes of an owner’s property as part of a group team effort / services

Where a home is being left unattended for periods of time, the property can be subject to the effects of crime, possible water damage, electrical problems, weathering and vermin, humidity levels and if the property is not aired frequently then an owners furnishings will start to show signs of mould, damp etc

This is where preventive maintenance comes into effect on a property

Also, when an owner arrives at their second home or if they have been away from their residence for a period of time they really do not want to start cleaning – they would prefer to arrive to a pristine and welcoming environment ready for them to relax straight away.

Bill Payment – So that owner’s services are not cut off

Short term Guests / Rentals – providing help and assistance to guests / short term renters to enjoy their stay in an owner’s home – in other words on-site representation.

PRICES

Prices: We charge $15/hour for all maintenance and house cleaning services plus cost of materials, but please ask for project prices.
